Recipe
Ingredients:
100 cl. mulled wine, 200 gr. Starch; cloves, Finely chopped almonds
Preparation:
The quantities are for 4 people.
Mix the starch and the wine cold, filter to prevent lumps, add the cloves and almonds and set on fire. Bring to a boil over low heat and cook, as soon as bubbles, for about 1 hour.
